Why do I need to use a professional packing service when I can do the job myself?
1, Cost of packing materials
First of all, you have to consider our great offer. If we do the packing (doesn't have to be unpacking as well) service before the home removal, we provide all the required packing materials for free. That includes proper thick furniture removalist cartons, bubble wrap for your pictures, glass wear and butcher paper for the fragile items. If you don't have any experience in moving, it is hard to estimate how much packing material you will need. Just letting you know, the more thing is packed into boxes the faster your move will be, and the more you save because boxes can be moved faster with trolleys.
Let us give you a rough estimate of the amount of packing material needed for different size of units and houses: One bedroom unit : Around 15 large + 20 small boxes, 2 tapes, 7 kg butcher paper, small roll bubble wrap= $85-100 depends of the material provider. Two bedroom unit: Around 25 large + 30 small boxes +3 tapes, 14 kg butcher paper, 2 small roll bubble wrap= $150-180. three bedroom unit or house: Around 35 large+ 40 small boxes+5 tapes ,21 kg butcher paper, 2-3 roll bubble wrap= $ 230-260
All these figures were only estimates, but you will see, they are really close to the real amount. Again, it really depends on the amount of stuff that you want us to move. As you can see, packing materials are quiet expensive, and don't forget that you still have to get the material, pick it up and drive it home or pay for delivery fee!
