Step 3:  If you choose our professional packing service, we go through all the items that need to be packed with you, We label on the floor map of your office spaces, who’s table is which and label each boxes according their contents and the staff member’s name, who’s it will belong to. That way we make sure that no boxes will be misplaced during the move and make the unpacking much easier for you.

UNWANTED ITEMS DISPOSAL

Step 4:  If there are lots of items to be disposed, we find it easier to do it before the main move, so there will be no confusion about what to keep and what to dispose. We take all unwanted items to the nearest waste disposal place to save you on moving cost.

REMOVAL PLAN

Step 5:  We will ask you to put up signs on all the doors of your new office space that we will mark on the previously provided floor map. That way our movers won’t need to ask you where to place items during the move.

We protect all your furniture and electronic equipment with special furniture removal blankets during the move. At the end of the job they will help you to assemble any furniture or position the furniture to the right place. We won’t leave your office till you find everything ion perfect working order, so you can start your first day at your new office space in complete peace of mind.

UNPACKING

Step 6: If you booked our unpacking service, we will take away all the packing materials once we finished the job, otherwise please give us a call once you finished unpacking all the boxes and we will organize them to be picked up.
